ok its d but I also did a and it was correct .. plus it says choose all that apply.. so I think its A & D:)
@GabiMB , A : x=-1 not 2/5 \[3x+4=1\times \frac{ 1 }{ 5}\] \[3x+4=1\] \[3x=-3\] \[x=\frac{ -3 }{ 3}\] \[x=-1\]
