Find sine 180 degrees

thomaster (thomaster):

sinus of 180 degree = 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would you mind helping me with a couple more questions similar to this real quick?

thomaster (thomaster):

i'll try :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if sin theta= square root of 3/2 which of these could not be the value of theta 60 degrees 120 derees 240 degrees 420 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for which value of theta is tan theta equal to sin theta pi pi/2 pi/4 pi/6

thomaster (thomaster):

Actually i have no idea i'd have to look all over geometry again and i currently have no time for that xD i just knew that sinus = opposite side / hypotenuse and the opposite side = 0 since 180 degrees is just a line. 0 divide by whatever is always zero. Maybe somebody with more knowledge of geometry could explain better
