It depends on your definition of heroes. If your talking about superheroes like batman, superman, iron man, spider man, captain america, then yes; they protect their towns and cities. If you're talking about nurses and fire man; they have a little different responsibilities then superheros.And if your talking about 'normal' people, then they have no responsibilities...if they see someone who needs help, they will simply stop and give them help out of the kindness of their heart:) hope that helped!
