so the probability of rolling a sum of 8 is 5/36 since there are 36 ways to roll 2 dice

if you roll 2 dice 32 times, then you expect to get a sum of 8 about (5/36)*32 = 4.444 = 4 times

so I wouldn't consider it that unusual since it's pretty close to 2
