2 questions!?!?!
Please help someone!
@phi
... -1? \[sin(270) = sin(3\pi/2) = -1 \] the graph is a graph of a sin wave, and it oscillates between 1 and -1 for y = sin(theta) am i missing something? was there a second question?
@CCollet my next one was this..
do you get this
period is how often the graph repeats itself starting from the origin (0, 0) and amplitude is normally the distance the function gets from the peak or highest point on the graph to the trough lowest point on the graph divided by 2 (not exact definition) so in the sin wave on your first question the period is 2pi or 360 degrees and the amplitude is 1
for the period, count the distance between the same spot in the repeating pattern. for example, the distance between the 2 low points for the amplitude, I would use 1/2 of the total vertical spread . it looks like 1/2 of 4 = 2
