PLEASE HELP ASAP DONT UNDERSTAND I understand what a reflection is just not how to do this over axis... Quadrilateral LMNO is shown on the coordinate plane below. If quadrilateral L'M'N'O' represents the reflection of quadrilateral LMNO across the line y = x, which point is at the ordered pair (-1, -2)? L' M' N' O' http://gyazo.com/539b0b36cb7e39b23986dcdbe71de61c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

at the reflection line y=x, n(x,y) becomes n'(y,x) so x becomes y and y becomes x

Try and solve it yourself, but if you are struggling, in simple terms it means reverse the 2 numbers in the coordinates.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So find the point at (-2,-1)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So O would be -1, -2 correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which is O

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you very much

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes
