Each body paragraph must present a new A. anecdote. B. main idea. C. point of view. D. thesis statement.

Im thinking D?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, not D because a thesis goes at the end of the introduction paragraph.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It was either that or B?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

honestly this is a really poorly written question so i don't really know. the only thing i found online was D but it sounds wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it is main idea read this, but it sounds correct. http://lklivingston.tripod.com/essay/body.html

thesis statement

It depends on what kind of essay you're writing. If it's an argumentative essay the thesis(your stand) should only be at the first paragraph and reinforced at the last paragraph(conclusion). The rest of the paragraphs should start with a main idea.
