as we know that when ever two magnetic field attracted than there must be either weakening or either strengthening of the field occurs .we also know that charge can not be created or nor be distroyed. As for as the magnetic accelerator have concerned ,there must require a quit high magnitude of the electrical and magnetic field..........Could this field does not have any adverse effect on the earth's magnetic field.please take a look on the climate change before and after magnetic accelerators. Large number of earth quicks and tsunami have occurs ....
