OpenStudy (notamathgenius):

Find the slope of the line that passes through each pair of points. (4,2), (0,2)

OpenStudy (ajprincess):

\[slope~m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}\] Here \(x_1=4,~x_2=0,~y_1=2,~y_2=2\)

OpenStudy (notamathgenius):

so i just put the y 1 and y 2 in up at the top subtract and divide by x1 and x2 right?

OpenStudy (ajprincess):

yup:)

OpenStudy (notamathgenius):

Thank you :D

OpenStudy (ajprincess):

Welcome:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Refer to that http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/4ff5ff4de4b01c7be8c90c78 It will help you .

OpenStudy (notamathgenius):

I have 1 more (-3, -2) (-3, 2) same thing?

OpenStudy (ajprincess):

u wanted to find the slope for that too.

OpenStudy (notamathgenius):

Yes :)

OpenStudy (ajprincess):

ya use the same formula

OpenStudy (notamathgenius):

Ok :D
