What is the best school for web design?

Depends from where you live. Although I tell that if you know someone who design, to enlight your questions, is a good way (like I'm studying Mechatronics, and I have a good drawnings teacher).
I tell that what makes it work is your interest and desire upon it.

I got my Web Design degree from The Art Institute. They have schools across the country and can be a good option for students looking to go part-time for whatever reason.

I also hear that FullSail in Florida has a good program.
