Don't forget to select the problem and delete the rest of the image so that we don't get your entire screen :P

wow i don't understand what's difficult about taking a screenshot...
1- Just press the button prt Sc 
2-next open paint (if you cant find this one you just type paint in the windows search bar)
3-when paint is opened you press Ctrl+V (paste)
4-the entire screen will appear in paint.
5-now the selection tool is a dotted square. click it and select the problem-
6-drag the selection to the left upper corner of the screen 
7-use the tiny white squares in the middle under of the entire image to delete the rest of the image by dragging it up untill the line reaches your problem boundaries
8-do the same thing from the right to left.
9-now save the image (or press Ctrl+S) give it a nice name and save it somewhere (desktop is most easy)
10- press attach file on openstudy, go to the folder where you saved your image and click the image you saved to attach it here.

When this (most basic computer knowledge) is too hard to understand you ignore step 5-8 and attach the entire screen

Yes that's nice but i don't think that anyone is prepared to log in for you and see the problems. It's also dangerous as people can just answer anything they want and your results might suffer from that.
