The figure below shows a pair of parallel oil pipelines, PQ and RS. EF and GH are maintenance walkways that are parallel to each other. What is the measure of angle GMS? 240° 150° 120° 300°

first, the measure of angle <RNE = <PKN = 60 degrees (they are corresponding angles)

OpenStudy (raden):

then take an equation : <RNE + <GMS = 180 (they are consecutive exterior angles) 60 + <GMS = 180 subtract by 60 to btoh sides, giving us 60 + <GMS - 60 = 180 - 60 <GMS = 120 deg
