Maybe some profile pics should be monitored? Like no showing off abs and crap, or deliberately taking provocative pictures and posting them on your profile. Kinda degrading to see and quite nasty. Also it is just used to "fanwhore" (no offense intended by that just idk what else to call it) or to get attention on your questions.

Ya we dont have that yet ..It would be a good idea to have it 

For now when you see this user in comments .Use the report button and explain that its abt profile pic .Also you could talk  to a mod abt this.
