graph the inequality y <=-4x-2.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i have the answer i just need to know how to graph the inequality,<= -0.25x, and -0.5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is super easy..... if your equation is y <=-4x-2 then all you have to do is take your y-intercept(-2) and graph that on you y axis, then from there you use your slope-4/1 and go down four and over one. I created a visual for you :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you understand?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, no, because i think i misunderstood how to actually solve the problem.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i thought my answer was right but based on your graph im wrong, lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you don't have to solve the problem if it's already in slope intercept form or y=mx+b. All you have to do is graph you y-intercept and you slope.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lmao

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh thank you.......

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your welcome sweety :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lmao. i was so confused

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i get it now

OpenStudy (anonymous):
