In my opinion the concept of Manifest Destiny is negative, but thats just because i think its silly to travel such great distances for religion.

but what the paper world probably wants you to say that it is "positive" because the whole idea was to spread across america so other places in the world wouldnt claim it, they got more resources etc.

I said positive for that reason but I agree with you in the negative because I think its silly also but also because of how much I've moved that it is kind of silly to move for religion.

Yeah i mean the amount of death involved in Manifest Destiny was totally something they could have avoided... but I guess someone had to do it.

I agree but at the same time they could have gone about it a different way to where there wouldn't have been so many deaths and controversy. It could have gone in a better direction than it did.
