Different decisions are made by different people in a corporation. It depends on the size of the corporation in terms of number of employees, hierarchy, etc. In a properly functioning company, all the decisions made by all the people are aligned by the vision of the company, its strategies and goals. In addition, if they are a day to day decisions then The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), or Chairman, or President makes the decisions. But, if they are general policy decisions The Board of Directors and the stockholders makes them.
