I would plot the point 16,12 and draw a line from 0,0 to that point now form a right triangle, with the x-axis its base, the angle you want is between your line and the x-axis find the length of the hypotenuse then use SOH CAH TOA to define which lengths to use for sin of the angle and the cos of the angle.
Its (9,12) not 16,12 lol

I did not do the problem. If you plot the point and label the lengths of each side of the right triangle, I could look at the picture and tell you.
