are you familiar with the laplace transform for y' and y" ? You can derive it from y' if you don't.
yeap,, actually the initial values are y(0)=0 y'(0)=0
the solution I have until this moment is
\[s^s Y(s)-sy(0)-y'(0)-[sY(s)-y(0)]+s/s^2-2s+2\]
