The parents are now 60 so they aged 18 years. The girl is now 60 so she aged 38 years. The time dilation equation is: t' = t√ [1-V²/c² ] 18 = 38 √ [1-V²/300000000² ]

EDIT: Major edit!! I forgot the *10^8 part which is very important Solve for V and you get 2.64208 * 10^8 meters per second
