Maalox and Donnatal are to be combined in a 2:1 ratio. How much of each is required to make 180 ml of the suspension?

Together, thats 3 parts total. Now you divide 180ml by 3, this will give 60 ml for each part. Since Maalox has 2 parts in the ratio you multiply 60 by 2 which gives 120. Now you know that you need 120 ml Maalox and 60 ml Donnatall. Together that will be 180 ml. I hope this help!
