I know this isn't the right topic but I really need to know this. Hi, My mother used to work for a company with their own health insurance, and not to long ago she got fired. Now we have to get this health care in Georgia called "Peach Care" which some people think is wellfare. Does this mean that my friends will think I'm poor, if I confide in them and tell them the situation we're in?

Many people have been fired lately thanx to the economic situations.

Though it depends on your friends. 
If they are "true" friends they should not laugh or call you names; they should understand and support you.
