can 1/3 be a slope ?

OpenStudy (primeralph):

any number can be a slope.

OpenStudy (ddcamp):

Yes. A slope is just how much y changes when x changes. So a slope of 1/3 would mean that if x increases by 1, y will increase by 1/3.
