Survey is not voluntary as only those who choose to do e survey will stay satisfied n get the coupon while e rest who r busy or r nt bothered to do e survey,ppl like u n me, n e majority will b at a disadvantage.Hence,this test is biased cos it is nt a true representation of e customers satisfaction^^
