A grocery store gives double coupons to anyone who completes a survey as they enter the store. The store manager determines that customers are very satisfied with their shopping experience in his store.

Survey is not voluntary as only those who choose to do e survey will stay satisfied n get the coupon while e rest who r busy or r nt bothered to do e survey,ppl like u n me, n e majority will b at a disadvantage.Hence,this test is biased cos it is nt a true representation of e customers satisfaction^^
