What specifically does an official transcript have to have?

From high school or college? Both HAVE to be sealed to be considered official, my high school transcripted is signed by my principal and stamped with the emblem of my high school. The transcript of course has your grades, but if you have taken college classes while in high school, sometimes you have to get another transcript from the college you took those classes at. Also, my high school transcript has my SAT and ACT scores on the back.
