When I enter in "tan^-1(250/200)" I get .8960 or 90%. What am I doing wrong?

Angle of elevation is the angle of upper tip of a vertical object from a point on the earth to the foot of perpendicular of the vertical object.
Angle of depression is the angle which a point on the earth makes with horizontal at a higher level.
