Add up the ones on each side (you've already got primary colors on the right, non-primary colors on the left) and see which is more than half. Because it's just 1/2 that you're dealing with, if one side has more it has more than 1/2, but if you had a trickier fraction you would have to try to get your fraction and that fraction to share a denominator if you wanted to be absolutely certain of which was larger.
