If I would choose an answer, it would be C. He possibly couldn't be disliked by EVERYONE in Massachusetts. So you can rule that one out. If it's not A, that means it's not D either. That leaves B, and C. Roger Williams was banished from the Massachussets Bay Colony becauase he believed that church and state should be separated. So, my best guess would be C.
