My answer would be D. Yes they didn't have Equal voting rights. ( African Americans and Women). But they did have American Independence and Election of Representatives. The Articles of Confederation were poorly written because they gave too much power to the states, and not enough to the federal government. One of them being not letting the federal government tax.

Imperialism, Nationalism is when you're proud of your country. Sectionalism is when you're sectioned off, I don't know how to put it in better terms. And Isolationism is when you want to be away from everyone. Like when your in isolation at the hospital for example, you're away from everyone. A great example of imperialists would be the Romans! :)
