Given the equation y − 4 = (x + 8) in point-slope form, identify the equation of the same line in standard form.

OpenStudy (kropot72):

The standard form of a linear equation is Ax + By = C where, if at all possible, A, B, and C are integers, and A is non-negative, and, A, B, and C have no common factors other than 1. y -4 = x + 8 First subtract x from both sides, then add 4 to both sides. Can you do that?
