Anyone play tuba? Is there any easy way to learn my sheet music by memory at least a short piece from it?

i play a lil bit of sax but i think that what you say,learning a piece by memory can be achieved by repetitions repetitions and so on...it does not depend on your playing ability.

and of course the faster you know how to read notes the faster you ll learn the piece
