Solve t^2=9

To solve this problem you have to find the opposite of what you are actually trying to solve. t^2 is t squared. And the opposite of a square is a square root. So just square root t^2 which would leave you with just t. t = 9 But you're not done. What you do to one side you must do to the other. t = sqrt(9) t = 3
