damn, should have studied the battery part of general chemistry a lot better lol I think its (B)the graphite rod does not undergo reduction, even though it is the cathode.) though. Dry cells were primarily made to only be used once. I believe people can now recharge them with special chargers, but initially they were not made for several test runs. These batteries also dont have boric acid, therefore its (B)
