Hi tricia...Just find the circumference of the circle traced out by the tip of the hand then divide it by 60, then multiply by 35...

circumference=2pi times radius...
your radius is 14, so (2 times pi times 14)/60 = x
Then your answer for x, multiply it by 35..that's it! Hope that helps! Good luck! :o)

@SinginDaCalc2Blues the circumference formula is c=2(pi)(r) and I got 28 pi or 87.96

thats correct...nice job! Now divide that into 60 1 minute bits and peices, then multiply it by 35
