A regular pentagon is inscribed in a circle of radius 1. What percentage of the area of the circle is inside the pentagon?

i understand that. i did 360/5= 75 degrees, then 72 degrees/2..... but i am stuck on what to do next. I know area of a triangle is A= 1/2 b x h. What do i do next?
