your question is not clear ... if u are asking for a short term course or just a software program ?? 
in diploma there are 3 year courses and short term interior design programs in various universities ... 
if u are just interested in preparing designs go for autocad software training nd work as intern under some good architect that'll be highly learning rest books are always there to learn from
