If so take it off your Chrome, otherwise control panel will not work. It blocks the control panel.

I had that problem. Could not click anything above the blue/purple bar (I'm colorblind and have no idea what color it is)

That's jus how OS is sometimes. All u can do is wait or go Inprivate browsing.

go to setting and change it from there and if its not working then try it some other time caz thats how OS is sometime not working........:)
