OpenStudy (anonymous):

The allele for a widow’s peak has complete dominance over the allele for a straight hairline (w). What is the probability of two parents heterozygous for a widow’s peak (Ww) having an offspring with a widow’s peak? 75 percent 50 percent 0 percent 25 percent

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1369322355706:dw| So 4 3 out of 4 places on the square have a capital W,so it is a 75% chance

thomaster (thomaster):

Always draw Punnett squares in these kind of problems. The parents are heterozygous which means they both have the genotype Ww. I see the punnett square is already drawn above this post :D So 3/4 of the offspring has a widows peak. 3/4 is equal to 75% (made this reply 2 days ago just before OS went down xD) \(\overline{\underline{\LARGE{\color{gold}{\star~}}\Large\tt\color{green}{I\;Hope\;this\;Helps!}\LARGE{\color{gold}{~\star}}}}\)
