First lets plot line y=-x+4

Put 


Step 1: Put x=0 

y=0+4
y=4

Hence we get y intercept as (0,4)

Step 2: Put y=0

0=-x+4
x=4

Hence we get x intercept as (4,0)

Having got x intercept and y intercept just join them using a scale

Similarly draw the second line 

The point where both lines intersect will be your solution.
