what is the h for the trapezium rule? :)

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

You mean to find its area?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

A = (1/2)(b1 + b2)h The h at the end is the height. It's the distance between the bases. It's the length of the segment that is perpendicular to the bases and whose endpoints lie on the bases.
