1) That's the best answer for this question. All of the other answers are tied to (C) as results of what it involves. 2) Good job, I'd also pick (D) over the others which fit in more with what terrorism is associated with. 3) (B) sounds right to me. Islamic militants or extremists are usually drummed into the same box as the reasons listed, especially over Israel. 4) That's right, it's definitely (C). His speech is focused on hitting America with pinwingspans to destroy it than in a full confrontation which is what terrorists attempt to do. 5) This one's tricky. (A) or (B) are probably right, but I'd go with (B) as it was one of his reforms that he tried to push into Iranian society. The biggest reason isn't one that's listed here -- that he was largely perceived as a puppet of the West since the US helped to put him into power and that his changes had offended a many traditionalists in the country. It was a case of too much too early, though the US helping him didn't score points with the population, either.

aweosme!! :) yayy! :D thanks! :D so you said for 5 that both A and B are right? What about C tho? :/ but you think the best answer is B?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Captain_Page_Turner here it is :) sooo what do u think about #5 then? :/ I'm a bit confused haha

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'd probably go with (B) for that one. It was one of many Western reforms that the more religious factions of Iran were concerned over.

okay! :) thanks!! :D
