well the liberty bell is mostly know from its crack but it was heard ringing Jul 8th 1776 and that was the day the public heard the first reading of the decloration of independents

Some of these symbols do carry multiple meanings, for instance the Liberty Bell is one of them. In 1776, the bell rung in Independence Hall located in Philadelphia. This announced the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. That meant that the Thirteen Colonies were independent of Great Britain. It was the beginning of America’s independence! In today’s modern time it symbolizes peace, joy, liberty, and our freedom.
