1) That's right! Good job. 2) I'd also agree with (A), if only because a lot of those reasons sound like they apply to more modern world issues, though a few reasons from (B) aren't so far off in corners of the world. 3) I'd probably agree with (C) too. More technology, more advances, and more "smart" jobs are available in cities today than they were a decade or so ago. You can definitely see this happening in China annually -- people go to the cities to work for a few seasons, and then during a holiday, do a mass migration back into the country bringing home food and other goods. 4) (A) is definitely what I'd also agree with. That's the essence of globalization and everything follows from there. 5) I'd agree with (C). Those are similar to the policies adopted by the US government in trying to encourage free trade, such as with the NAFTA agreement.
