Thought my internet speed is good its taking a long time for the entire content to get loaded when I open this site. What would be the problem.

The site is much too dependent on scripts, like JavaScript/AJAX. And it has a lot of scripts which are called much too often, much too unnecessarily.

It's not your internet speed, it's the browser lagging from all those scripts. :)

Nothing. It's the site's problem. It just takes really long to load.

Many other sites like FaceBook, Edx etc are working very good at very higher speed in my PC. I mean the content is loading in fractions. But for me to open Open study it is taking atleast 3 to 5 minutes to wait.

Yes, yes! If you saw their code, you'd understand! It's loading so much AJAX!
