multiply top and bottom by the conjugate (sqrt(x+11) + 3)

I did get 1/6 and i know i have to multiply by the conjugate or something. I just missed points on my quiz for not showing work. I just used calculator

yeah - if you are asked a limit question you have to show how you find the limit, not just show the limiting value

yeah at first i multiplied by sqrt(x+11)-3 and i got some weird answer. but thanks @jkristia I get it now
