Given R180(x, y) = (–x, –y) and Q (2, –5), what is R180(Q)?

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

plug in the given values R180(x, y) = (–x, –y) R180(2, y) = (–(2), –y) ... replace x with 2 R180(2, y) = (–2, –y) R180(2, -5) = (–2, –(-5)) ... replace y with -5 R180(2, -5) = (–2, 5) and that's all there is to it
