In how many ways can a teacher arrange 10 students in the front row if there are 60 total students?

The answer I got it 75394027566

OpenStudy (sk8rgirl12):

60 x 10^10. I figure this because that mean the 60 are interchangeable for this first row. Also, then you must figure she can arrange that 10 in quite a few ways. Either way, I would believe 60 times some power of 10\[60\times10^{?}\]
