that two days when open study didn't work I had seen a message like new features will be added to OPEN STUDY. But I couldn't find any new here.

that is like the default page that shows when the site is down. though sometimes it might be that the site is being maintained but its rarely even updated.

yeah but its not always that the site is being maintained for new features.

sometimes its just that the servers crash and the site is down so that is the page that shows up for us to see.

The site was down for 3 days!

It's what @some_someone said :)
But the last day of those 3 days, they actually edited the "New features" page to say something a little bit more descriptive about how the site crashed :)

yep that was yesterday, if i recall correctly.
they put a more descriptive page that actually said the crash problems and the stuff that was going on.
