These books are nice and based on conceptual approach and problem solving too. Do go for Standard XI and XII books for Physics and Chemistry as well as for Maths. 

For nice problems you have their exempler problems for grades XI and XII also.

For a good reference,   check out the IIT JEE  section of Khan Academy.
