Decide which part of the quadratic formula tells you whether the quadratic equation can be solved by factoring. −b b2 − 4ac 2a Use the part of the quadratic formula that you chose above and find its value given the following quadratic equation: 2x2 + 7x + 3 = 0

Hello, you've gotten the wrong section! Uh-oh :/ This belongs in the math section! :) The part that tells you whether or not it can be factored is if the last term can create the middle term with it's multiples by adding them together. :) To solve it you want to use the quadratic equation. Just plug terms in.
