How to get href links refer outsite OpenStudy?

OpenStudy (thomaster):

`\( {\sf\color{blue}{\href{ /study#/groups/LaTeX%20Practicing!%20%3A)}{\LaTeX~Practicing!~:)}}}\)` = \( {\sf\color{blue}{\href{ /study#/groups/LaTeX%20Practicing!%20%3A)}{\LaTeX~Practicing!~:)}}}\) But this only works with a page withing the openstudy.com domain. is there any way to refer to another domain eg wikipedia?
